History
Foundation
The company is founded in 1994 in Thessaloniki, initially in the form of an individual company under the name “Dimokas Kosmas, Civil Engineer, Contractor of private and public works”. The initial company focused on the design and construction of residences, industrial buildings and commercial spaces.
Foundation of K.N.DIMOKAS A.T.E.
K.N.DIMOKAS A.T.E. is created. Apart from the design and construction of residences, industrial buildings and commercias spaces, the company branched out into real estate management, an activity that carries on until now.
President of the aforementioned company’s administrative council is Konstantinos Dimokas and the company’s Vice president and Chief Executive is Dimokas Kosmas.
Foundation of K.N. DIMOKAS E.T.E.
In 2004 a third company, K.N. DIMOKAS E.T.E. is founded, active simultaneously to the other two. Its main focus remains similar to the other companies’. The general partner of this company is Dimokas Kosmas, while Konstantinos Dimokas has the limited partnership.
Until today, the upward course of our company resulted its establishment in the construction domain, after having carried out various projects, such as industrial buildings, storage buildings/storehouses, offices, residences and special technical projects/works.
